Holiday Greetings ~ 2004!!!

 

Another year has just flown by

 ~ it's story time once more.

The year was full of travel and fun

~ and we say goodbye to "oh-four".

The year started quiet, with Lez playing soccer

~ and Oilers still playing hockey!

~ and finishing cabinets quite neatly.

Gramma hit town, March break took us west

~ and we drive through the mountains once more.

The ocean did beckon as Lee, Lez and Alec

 ~ walked beaches, took time to explore.

~ farewell to Parksville and Victoria.

April gave Lez the job of Past Pres.

~ dropping more volunteering, halleluia!

Our May was exciting as Lee and Lez traveled

~ a quilt show in Holland the quest.

Quick visits with cousins and internet friends

~ and a concert, the trip a great rest!

The end of June took us through Saskatoon

~ as we headed to ol' Regina.

Great KFC memories and old friends to meet

 ~ a reunion to honour Gene Ciuca.

Our July exploded with great fireworks 

~ a new playground to celebrate.

And Alec went off to Camp Caroline

 ~ the white water rafting was GREAT!

FamilyBiker dude August whizzed in with our boys BC bound 

~ to gramma's house they did drive!

Good thing for cell phones, as two generations 

~ of mothers could be sure they'd arrive.

Back in September the sisters arrived 

~ with nieces and giggles galore.

October and WineFest and vines quite ripe 

~ VQA fills the cellar once more.

Woodchoppers November brought Gramps and the chain saws did roar

~ the firewood once more piled high.

Now with lights aglow, our tree is trimmed 

~ the festive season is nigh.

The snow in December, gives pause to remember 

~ Our year filled with so much more!

But it's time to send greetings to friends and to family

~ And put an end once more to this snore.
