Primrose Quilters - Project La Perle Playground 2003

Community quilters - new and experienced.... ... New friends and a great quilt to raffle!! A new playground for a community league!

La Perle's Playground is in need of replacement. Many a young child, and many adults too! have enjoyed the equipment and park.	But the equipment is starting to become worn and no longer meets safety standards.

So a great group of volunteers have brought their enthusiasm and their skills...	...and a new playground came together with a lot of hard work from a whole community!.
Earthly Goods generously donated the batting for the fundraiser. The fundraiser contributed over $1000 to the playground project. The quilters continued to quilt - as new friendships had been made !!
